Superior project managers don't just happen. They develop over time through training and through experience. Our training classes are designed to take you from basic skills to advanced project management skills through classroom instruction, seminars, e-learning and instruction tools.
Our project management curriculum is aligned with the Praxis project manager 3-tier development model.
Level 1, is for beginning project managers who are managing small, short-term projects. These project managers may have great specific technical skills and capabilities; however, acquiring the necessary project management skills will be the key to their success!
Level 2, is for project managers who are now managing more complex, longer-term projects. Typically these projects are more costly and critical to business - acquiring advanced skills is vital!
Level 3, is for project managers who are recognized as leaders and doers. These project managers are often entrusted the most complex, strategic projects. At this level, Portfolio management skills become a priority!
