Project Communications -- PM231
Project communications surface as one of the most persistent problems for project teams. Knowing what to do, when to do it, and who to inform gets pretty complicated as soon as the project grows beyond three or four people. And yet, few project managers have been formally trained or equipped in defining, developing, and implementing an effective communications strategy.
This workshop builds awareness in the key aspects of project communications and lets students conduct stakeholder analysis. Students will build a communication plan that they can leverage for their own projects.
