DISC: Maximizing Team Performance -- PM200

The balance of any great team is dependent on the interaction of different personality types.  Natural behaviors indicate the way we react in normal situations.  Adaptive behaviors indicate the way we react under stress in our project environments.  How can we place the right people in the right places to maximize project team performance while promoting natural behaviors?

This course explores these questions through the framework of DISC analysis.  Each project team member is made up of varying degrees of the Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance elements.  These elements make us unique in our team environment.   Gaining insight into these elements can help us understand how to build better project teams and be more successful team members.
