Between 50-75% of all business professionals do not get the information technology solutions they need and deserve.  On the other hand, the information technology professionals have a phenomenal track record for developing quality software once they know what the business wants.  The challenge obviously lies in defining what the business community needs in a manner that IT can understand and deliver.  This workshop addresses the "language of requirements."

This class provides a proven set of core techniques, methods and tricks to help business professionals create, clarify, and confirm business requirements (i.e., meaning the kind of requirements that the IT professionals need to do their job well).  This is the "business side" of the techniques we teach to business systems analysts and developers to enhance communications and deliver the technology the business community really needs.
