Abby Herriman, PMP, CPLP
Abby is an experienced training development specialist, manager, and PMP-Certified project director who has assisted clients from a number of industries including industrial, electrical and plumbing distribution as well as retail home centers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and financial institutions to manage projects, as well as develop high-performance project management organizations.
Since assuming the managing director role in Praxis Learning Networks, she has designed and delivered a number of training courses including: PMP Exam Boot Camp, Project Management for Decision Makers, Project Management Essentials and Project Planning and Scheduling. Abby also leads Praxis' PMGrow practice.
Abby received a B.A. in English and Organizational Communication from Purdue University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a certificate in Performance Improvement Consulting.
Dr. Scott Toussaint
Scott has been actively involved in leading businesses and organizations since a very early age. Having built four successful companies, he brings a fresh perspective to advanced leadership techniques in addition to his proven background in growing and staffing functional teams.
Dr. Toussaint has consulted to the U.S. State Department and The White House, as well as having been recognized as the founder of an INC. 500 company. Since 1983, his entrepreneurial skills have led him to participate in the staffing and growth of more than 450 companies, many of them recognized as industry leaders in their respective fields today.
Dr. Toussaint has extensive experience in engineering advanced leadership techniques in the workplace and assisting companies deal with issues relating to employee performance
He is a graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago with a B.A. in Economics and a Doctor of Ministry from Heritage Baptist University. His doctoral studies focused on human development by creating new paradigms to address personal and family behavior as they relate to career transition and workplace stress
Debra Bartel, PMP
Deb is a seasoned manager of software quality and information system initiatives with over 19 years of experience in several industries, including pharmaceutical, agricultural, chemical, textile, and retail.
Deb has great enthusiasm for applying practical, effective approaches to meet the quality and compliance challenges of the Life Sciences industry. She has been able to utilize LEAN, continuous improvement, and risk-based processes to reduce costs while maintaining compliance with both US and international regulatory agency expectations. Deb also has many years of experience managing international ERP, laboratory, quality management, and financial systems projects in both regulated and non-regulated industries.
Deb has an MBA and a BS degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin and is ASQ certified in six sigma processes.
